Collection: What are DTF Heat Transfers?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) heat transfers involve printing a design onto a special film and then transferring it onto fabric or other surfaces using heat and pressure. The process typically includes printing the design using a DTF printer, which uses special ink that adheres to the film. After printing, the film is placed on the target material, and heat is applied to bond the ink to the surface, creating a durable and vibrant transfer of the design.

Just like screen printing, the quality of the printed transfer is directly related to the quality of your artwork, so you must supply high-resolution artwork / images. Low-resolution artworks or photographs may produce blurry print. We recommend at least 300dpi as a resolution.

PLEASE NOTE:

Printed garments are more sensitive and need extra attention when it comes to washing. To preserve the print and the garment, it is recommended that you wash it inside out on a cold wash. Do not use a tumble dryer and do not iron over the print.
